Can you cast the transfer spell onto another character sitting in the Valley of Fire is the casting character does NOT have Talisman? The Valley of Fire expressly states that you may not enter it without a Talisman. Can the spell caster transfer himself into the Valley by taking another character's place even though that gives the spell caster access to a square that expressly states you cannot be there without a Talisman?

I've seen the post about transferring into the Crown of Command. The Valley is different though because it expressly states you cannot enter.

You must require a Talisman to cast the Transference Spell and switch spaces with a character on the Valley of Fire.

i would say yes you could as you are not "entering" the valley of fire,
