So I played a friendly game tonight and decided to proxy some cards from the upcoming Rebel Aces expansion, and I discovered a combo that has me drooling:

Green Squadron Pilot + Test Pilot + Outmaneuver + Predator + Chardaan Refit = 23pts.

I ran 3 of those alongside a Dagger Squadron with A.S. and an Ion Cannon, and they tore it up! For 23 points they are an extremely effective ship. Re-rolling 1-2 dice, and dropping a defense dice equals out to some massive destruction if they are flown properly. Really excited to get my hands on a few Rebel Aces now...

Nice, I like that both of them are passive abilities so you're not adding more actions to an already action heavy ship, sounds cool! I'm glad a-wings are getting some much needed love!

Yeh, I'm really liking the idea of that setup.

Four PS8 firing with Predator, and one to Outmaneuver for the kill shot. Alternatively, you can drop the Hull Upgrade on Tycho to run Predator and Outmaneuver on everyone in place of Swarm Tactics, but I wanted to try out chain focus firing at PS8. It worked rather well. I will try out just Predator and Outmaneuver on everyone sometime later today!

A-Wings gonna be monsters for sure.
