I feel like I have not been giving my YT-1300 enough love here recently, so decided to play around with building some squads around it again. I came up with this one this morning:

Chewbacca+Millennium Falcon (43pts)

2x Green Squadron Pilot+Predator (2x 22pts)

Tala Squadron Pilot (13 pts)

=100pts

Once Rebel Aces comes out, I was thinking of putting on the refits and kitting out the Tala with Ion Pulse Missiles and a failsafe for some more offense.

What are some other really good (either fun or competitive) 4 ship builds using the YT-1300?

I thought you were talking about running 4 YT-1300 ships in a 150 point squad...

I like it, though I think I would switch Draw their Fire off of Chewie, and throw Deadeye on to Blount. Chewie is already going to be drawing enough of the opponent's fire at 51 points, and I have had great success with deadeye on Blount.

I ran a four-ship YT squadron at my FLGS over the weekend, at a tournament (which only three people showed up for >.>)

….didn’t work too well. Went up against an uber-mobile squadron with Echo and 2 Interceptors (Soontir Fel and Carnor Jax) and a Howlrunner TIE swarm with Bounty Hunter support.

long story short, I suck at maneuvers (new to the game ) and didn’t roll enough attack dice to get the job done.
