2. Can someone give a quick order of events on how Corran Horn works during the endphase? Do focus and evade tokens get removed first? Can Corran use any enhancement to his attack mainly Marksmanship is the card in question. Thanks for the answers everybody!

1. Outmaneuver triggers whenever Backstabber would.

The YT-1300 has a forward arc and a main gun that ignores it.
The Firespray has 2 arcs.

2. "At the start of the end-phase" seems to trigger before the removal of tokens, and Marksmanship/Expose ought to still be working on him.

When it speaks of the arc, it means the printed arc on the card. That means the front arc on the YT, and would apply for the Firespray's rear arc. The card doesn't say front arc or primary arc, just says arc.
