Does outmaneuver work with secondary weapons? Like attacking a b-wing at range 3 with an hlc from behind. If i read everything correct does that give you 4 attack dice vs 0 defense dice?

It works on primary and secondary weapons and is a real beast with the HLC :-)

Yes it works for all weapons.

Unless a card says Primary or Secondary, then it applies to both types of attacks. If they were ever to put in a tertiary attack, then again those upgrades would apply.

As has been said. Yes. I have to wonder if it wouldn't be really good on Cluster Missile ships. Dropping that X-Wing down to 1 agility with jonus Support seems pretty juicy to me.
