my mate and I got our new ships the other day and played a game. I had

Blue with AS

Bandit

Blount with Ion Pulse Missiles, Deadeye

Corran with FCS, Outmaneuver

vs

Delta x2

Whisper with Tactician, Adv Cloak, VI

I through I was going to die fast and after second round of combat i lost my bandit

Then incomes Blount with his IPM i wanted to save it for Whisper but it looked like he would be the next ship to go so i shot it at 1 of the Delta's it was ioned then next round it bumped into my B wing no actions and next move would put it through and asteroid after my B Wing K turned behind him and some shot and a crit (2 damage) the asteroid finished him off. Blount then single handily chased down the remaining delta and killed him and only lost 1 sheald the dice were finally going my way Whisper striped the shields off my B Wing and Corran then finally Corran landed some hits after 6 rounds of combat to take out whisper at range 3 (could not believe that)

Blount was the MVP my mate was scared of the IPM so he kept whisper out of combat for to long allowing him to hunt down and kill the defenders with a little help

FCS is good on Corran but his ability to shoot a second time I’m still on the fence about it did not help me in this game mainly bad dice roles.

thinking i will be using Blount more often
