This question is simple enough, but I wanted to confirm it's appropriate before I go and make a fool of myself: are you allowed to look at the maneuver sheets that come with each ship (or a combined print-out) during a match, to remind yourself of what your opponent's ships can do? The sheets themselves say that players may check them at any time, but... well, they're not really a rulebook, and the tournament rules tend to be far stricter than the regular ones.

Maneuver lists are perfectly legal. It's open information, just like the stats for the ships.

Yep, they are fine to have and use during tournament play so long as you're not sitting their agonising over every move and thus "slowing play"
