I'd say 16–17 points, that's actually a pretty decent ability. I'm guessing he has no EPT, or else that could actually be kinda nasty.

That would be game changingly good. TIE Bombers with FCS? Yes please! Advanced Sensors TIE Defender? Count me in!! Dutch with FCS, Hobbie with FCS, Kath with EH + AdvS . . . The list just goes on. I'd say 4 points.
Qorl (TIE/LN, PS 7, EPT): When defending, any critical hits from the attacker are automatically cancelled.
18 Points for Qorl. Less Pilot Skill but more durable than Howlrunner.

The idea is that the boost is optional, but saying no won't prevent your free attack. Not quite sure how to word it to make sure of that.
29 points I think. Extra attacks are really good even on an a-wing.

Hmm. I'd say for Thrawn he'd cost 5 points of the PS is raised by two, and 3 points if it is raised by 1.
Sarklii is actually a more dangerous one as he can be put on Large ships as well. I'd point him out at 6 points for the 2 PS reduction and 4 points for the 1 PS reduction.
Now for my ship:
Fel's Wrath (Updated, PS 5, no EPT): choose one friendly ship at range 1–2. You may forfeit your attack to add two attack dice to that ship's attack. You may not do this if the defender is outside your firing arc.
