Simple question really... Spiritual Centre negates damage pump, while Reverse Flayer is a floating damage pump. Can I SC a Flayer? And if so, when can I can do? When the enhance is first done or when the next attack hits (assuming the Flayer hits)

This card activates when an attack is getting a speed or damage bonus -- in the case of Reverse Flayer's damage bonus, then Spiritual Center can trigger after the next attack is successfully played and recieves Reverse Flayer's damage bonus.
