Ok I have a question that should be answered fairly quickly. In the instructions it says smoke grenades give a -3 to stamina and combat values. But in the news / blog section it says -3 to all characteristics. So my question is does smoke grenades actually affect movement or not?

Combat and stamina only

Also - effects played on the board have priority over all others - so smoke has priority over 'Immunity to Pain'
