When I mouse over the ship type I see the grey box with numbers, but no maneuver arrows (Safari on Mac OS X). Anyone else have this problem?

yup, I see that too - likely just an error that will be fixed.
Yes but this is my way of making it known. He checks here often it seems.
Have the same problem here, Firefox on Windows 7 if that helps with the debugging.
From my end it looks like his whole site it down.
