Hello everyone! This is my first post on here and I have been reading this forum ever sense I started playing back when Wave 2 came out. I really enjoy the game and this is the first wave I pre-ordered. I have read a lot of posts about people pre-ordering from different web sites and having varying degrees of customer service. I ordered my wave 4 ships from http://gryphon-gaming.com/ hoping I would get them in timely fashion, I was actually blown away whenever the customer service rep called me the day they were shipping out my order to confirm my address and let me know they were shipping my items that day! Got all my ships today and couldn't be happier, happy enough to make me stop creeping and say something about it!

Many others use the main sites MiniatureMarket.com and CoolStuffInc.com and get about 30% off, but on the other hand, we don't get personal service like a phone call.
