Yeah I got a set of those decals for my Plano Red Cases.
I keep my tokens and cards in them, and store my ships in another box.
Card Storage
Here a link to what I use, I made this as a response to one of crabbok's videos where he was unsure about a card storage solution.
I have two Ultra Pro deck boxes, one for each faction. Holds everything so far, and fits in a bag nice and easy
Ultra Pro makes 12 pocket binder pages (for stickers) that fit the mini cards pretty well. A 16-pocket (4x4) page would be perfect, but I don't think it exists. Don't get the 15-pocket tobacco card sized pages, they're about 1/16" too narrow.
A FLSCS (Friendly Local Sports Collectable Store) has them available for individual purchase for $0.10 or $0.15 ea., with a price break at 25 pages (I think).
Will they fit in these sleeved with FFG sleeves? If so I'm buying some this instant, lol.

Not that impressed..
So I have ordered those coin album inserts..
I'm using standard a4 ring bound card 3 x 3 sleeve pages, and just letting my upgrade cards loose in a pocket, however the folder it is all in zips up so nothing can fall out completely
