American M-10 Tank Destroyer is the tank and heavy vechicle. Does he have Overrun and Concussive Firepower abilities? In Normandy player's referense sheet he hasn't these abilities.

No, it doesn't have these abilites. Presumably this is to emphasize its role as a tank destroyer.

That's kinda dumb since they where often used as direct fire support for infantry actions.

Tank rules are very abstracted. Most RL tanks were able to fire its main gun agains infantry, as well as one or more mg. All simultaniously.
