I like the first one, but I would swap Squad Leader for R7 on Biggs. It all but nerfs one enemy's shooting per turn. Biggs can either take his own target lock or get one from Cracken. I really think R7 really reduces the effectiveness of the enemies biggest threat.

I don't see the point of turning Cracken into just a support piece with squad leader; swarm tactics is a better bet.
