I just looked at a list I built after picking up my wave 4 stuff yesterday and realized it was 2 Hawk 2 Bs.

I had

Jan Ors with Nien Num, Vet Instincts and an ion Turret

Roark garnett and an Ion Turret

2 Blue Squadrons.

None of that is wave 4 though...

Anyway, I'd probably drop Nien and VI on Jan to give her Swarm Tactics instead. Having an ITC shooting so early minimizes its potential, and PS 10 is unnecessary for a support ship. Just slow roll with the Bs to keep nearby and fire Bs at PS 12 and 8, with your two ITCs firing after focus and evades have been used.
