XDD Awesome Desslok! Its one thing that I used to think about lots of times. Our names or surnames in other languages can seem "alien" or fictional that can be used on roleplay.

For example Skywalker sounds cool for me, but, if I translate it in Catalan (one of my main languages) it becomes "Camina Cels". Not bad but a bit weird XD

Which also sound like a good Star Wars name for us folks that do not speak Catalan.

Interesting... why don't whe post here some names from our languages and translate it to another or viceversa.

For example, a typical English name is John Smith, in Català (Joan Ferrer) and Spanish it would be (Juan Herrero).

Anyone more like the idea? Something common for us can be a cool name for another one.

Yeah, I was about to say "Camina Cels" sounds like an awesome Star Wars name! I totally support the idea of posting localized versions of the Star Wars names (although since my mastery of language consists of ordering someone to fire the Wave Motion Gun in Japanese, I wont be of much help)

I have I suggestion, If anyone want a translation in Català and Spanish post the name you wish to translate and I'll try to.
