This is what that price will get you. Stand with your arms straight out with Plano in hand and drop it! I will have no problem doing this with a BattleFoam bag. So it's Protection versus Storage and that is the price you pay.

I use a Sabot Motor Pool. I was planning on getting a BattleFoam as I cannot fit my Corvette into it and my armada is expanding exponentially, but after reading this thread that wait is unacceptable. I can probably just buy a bigger Sabot pluck tray that will fit the Corvette diagonally in said case.

Nothing really to defend or explain here. You are clearly notified of the long process of ordering and receiving your BattleFoam at the time of purchase.

My plano "Elite" bag

Plano boxes 1-4

Box 5

I have 5 plano boxes and a large card box that fit in the bag. I have room for odds and ends on the side/front/back pouches.

Holds all my minis at the moment.

Note: Box 5 is all spare tokens and I can move that to a more dedicated storage for more ships to fit into box 5 when the time comes. The Bag will also fit another Plano case vertically, but not the large card box.

This was how I had to store everything before (not including the black case for the HWKs and B's):

I went from foam storage to Plano and I am very happy with that.

Total $: $90 for the bag with the Plano cases at Walmart.

I just received my bag and foam today.

I placed the order on 6/2/14

Cons

1. The bag construction is awesome

2. The foam is good quality

Negs

1. It took forever

2. One of my foam Items was incorrect. They sent me the corrilian/rebel force isntead of the correlian/transport

3. They also forgot the shoulder strap

4. No receipt (no wondrer it came in wrong, no check system)

I don't think I will be ordering from these folks again. I will order from the Austrialian Company from now on.

I will probably get it faster and nicer looking foam.

Did you call them up and tell them about the problems? I've had great customer service experiences with them so far.

As for the wait time, they do warn it will take a long time. As long as you're aware of that, I don't see the problem. I was able to call them up before the recent sale, make sure they had an old-style PACK 720 around still, and get set up to buy that when the sale went live. It's exactly what I wanted and I can't wait to get it

There is a disclaimer when you order that it can take 3-4 weeks for custom foam, they even amended that it may take 6-8 weeks because of the sale. Read the fine print please.

As for the poster who said they ordered in Feb, I feel like your order got stuck in limbo. I would expect some reimbursement. 5 months is not acceptable.

I don't mind waiting for good product. But atleast ship the order correct and complete!! <---there is no excuse for that. Specially after taking so long.
