Outcome: Win by salying Hastur in the final battle (epic battle variant)

I think we're finally ready to play without guardians. And then, maybe, we shall be ready for heralds.

A question: If playing with Altcha-Natcha and Ghroth, do mystic environemnts trigger Ghroth?

Yes. Ghroth is triggered when a Mystic card is drawn. A-N's ability just means that the Mystic card's special doesn't take effect—but it's still a Mystic card.

Whether or not Ghroth is triggered when you draw mythos cards for ancillary reasons (e.g. finding a location for a Servant of Glaaki) I do not know.
