MM has shipped my Wave 4 order!

Getting closer to mine. Ordered on 6/10. Still no email. I am leaving on Saturday for a vacation next week. At this point, I am considering cancel the order or request they hold back on shipping for another week. Wonder why they had problems with receiving shipments...but seems like coolstuff did not. ??? hmmm

Mine finally shipped, so I'm mollified. Sounds like a logistics snafu, probably not their fault.

Mine shipped but has an estimated arrival of 7/1. Already bought a few ships from my lgs. Might buy A few more.

Yeh, mine has a date of the 2nd, so I stopped in and nabbed a Phantom, Z-95, and E-Wing to add to my arsenal. May play my first Cinematic game tomorrow, so wanted some new options!

I want to give some accolades to MM. I just relocated to Colorado from Oregon. Here is the catch, I don't have a real place to stay at the moment. I am currently in a hotel.

Prior to my departure, I wrote to MM to explain the situation. They set the status on my order to pending new address.

They then wrote me on Tuesday to ask if I had a new address. After confirming with my new employer, I gave them the company address to ship to. The shipment went out Wednesday, and according to UPS, I will have my new ships tomorrow.

The only downside is all the rest of my X-Wing stuff is in temporary storage with the moving company until I find a place to rent.

I count his a highly positive experience with a courteous and professional online retailer.

HAHA MM guys are thinking... "In the name of... why we started to sell X-wing?"

Holy cow! Today is the release date for the product, TODAY PEOPLE! A few lucky souls get it a few days early and suddenly MM screwed you for preordering 2 weeks ago. If you are playing in a tournament this weekend I do feel bad if your ships are arriving late. If not chill out and wait. In the statements provided by other members here it sounds like they had a ton of orders to get through. So many want to cancel their orders and jump in line somewhere eles. I personally hope you do cancel your order and it sells out everywhere as you seek out your ships. Meanwhile you'll have to face the jacked up prices of ebay to get your plastic fix.

Ouch, I ordered mine today and have the receipt. I expect them early next week.

@Segmentvs, welcome to Colorado I live near Denver. If you are in the area lots of housing is available reasonably priced if you don't try to live downtown.

Eh, the complaints are valid, putting a product up as available (which they did before today) prior to shipping folks their orders, or giving them an e-mail regarding the delay, is a bit lame. That said it sounds like most of the delayed folks have gotten their shipped e-mails and are probably all good now.

Folks in this thread have been pretty calm so far despite the situation, not sure there is a good reason to come in and get down on them for expressing some mild frustration and concerns.

As far as why they ran in to issues and CSI didn't, all sorts of things can go wrong. Shipping delays, mis-shipped orders, etc. The vagaries of logistics are many.

I agree. My order should still take precedence over someone buying ships today and getting a shipment notice. Meanwhile, I still have not received an email.

I've said this before, but had they emailed and said there would be a delay, I wouldn't have batted an eye.

Hmm, based on my email reply I would assume they would be very concerned that your order hadn't shipped yet if you placed it as early as you say. In the reply to my email they specifically states that they have a queue based on when the order was placed. Mine has shipped, although I don't have a tracking number yet which means it probably hasn't actually left the store, so if I were in your place I'd be seeking some answers as to why it hasn't shipped.

Wow! I just received the email my order is shipping. 30 minutes ago, I emailed asking them to change the shipment address so it arrives where I will be on vacation.

I followed up by calling the number in the shipment email and caught it in time so they ship where I will be. I do not want a box sitting outside my front door for a week until I get back.

They say that, but sometimes I wonder. My wave 4 shipment should be here today according to UPS. I ordered on May 16th, after some other people, but it looks like I'm getting my stuff first.

I have spent a lot of money on X-Wing with them though (like over $400), so perhaps that has a factor?

Just got my e-mail saying it shipped, to be delivered 3 July. Only one problem... UPS has the wrong zip code! MM has the correct information on the order page- when I called them to fix it, they said there's nothing they can do and to call UPS... but that they would cover any charges incurred by UPS for an address change.

I called UPS, and they said there's nothing they can do about it until the package has reached "the local center," and that I have to call back in a week (they can't take notes?) to request the address change... but that because it was only a zip code error, it shouldn't matter.

So! I might, or might not, have my stuff 3 July.
