If yes, can you comment on the quality of printing, and whether you thought they enhanced your game and were worth the money?

I have downloaded from BGG the various Cities of Adventure variant rules for Runebound, but haven't play tested any of them yet and have not yet ordered the Cities of Adventure deck produced by Fantastic Diversions.
