I am new to game, I just bought Core Set and Humanities Shadow". My question is I believe that one is allowed just 1 Identity card,if so, why are there 3 in the Humanities " Andromeda" upgrade?.

Because it's easier (and cheaper) for FFG to simply put three of everything in a pack, due to the way the cards are printed and cut. It would actually cost MORE to only include one of a specific card from a run, when all others are packages in threes.

Myself (and others) use the extra copies to double-back IDs in clear sleeves, for easy location if you accidentally shuffle them into your deck. Alternatively, you may choose to use them for customisation (but be prepared to ask permission to use a customised ID at any official events, and make sure you have the normal one with you in case they say no).
