So, it turns out that Frequency Jammer is a Limited upgrade.
And there goes 8 points and my entire strategy. Poop.

We got out-played in the initial placement, and were unable to fight our way out of the trap.

The lu was not enough.

Drat, everyone already took all the good "lu" jokes. Guess I didn't have any lu ...
