At the moment it seems like VI is the only real choice for the Phantom. It's awesome but I was wondering what else might be a good alternative.

Outmaneuver immediately came to mind.

Outmaneuver, predator, PTL if you have a wingman/Yorr handy, AR for stress free kturn... there are options.

Any ept that causes stress is a nono.

If I understand it right that Advanced Sensors would let you take your action prior to decloaking, then you can PTL then to take two actions and then decloak and perform a green maneuver to clear the stress. With an Engine upgrade that would give you even more movement options before you've even uncloaked.

PTL is my other choice. Lets you take actions after Stygium Particle Accelerator gives you an evade action, as well as take an additional action after Advanced Cloaking device lets you take a Cloak action.

Easier to pull off with Echo, as you can just dial in a 2 fwd half the time.

Decloak the next round, do a green manuever, take an action, continue rolling like a madman.
