For all intents and purposes, BN _is_ my FLGS. They have an awesome selection of board games, and a surprising number of the staff are game nerds. And my member card gets me 10% off on everything- including coffee and games.

Without starting a flame war, I can say that I don't quite understand the bias against non-game-store purchases of games. It's obviously a bad thing to use a physical store to "showroom" for an online purchase, but for the many of us who primarily play casually at home, getting our supplies from MM, Amazon, or BN is a really good idea.
B&N is my goto store as well along with MM and cool stuuf for games in Florida... i only preoredr from MM or cool stuff as they haven't let me down yet...
