Can you decloak going through an asteroid and the template does clear the giant rock?

if you are stressed are you able to use advanced cloak to cloak yourself after you attack(says its a free action, but if you are stressed than it should be no actions allowed, that's least how we played it so far)?

1) nope - right on the decloak card, you cannot decloak if the template overlaps an obstacle.

2) nope - cloaking is an action. You can't do any actions while stressed, even free actions.

It was a friendly game and since I am the more experienced player that was the exact way that I ruled it as and he agreed. Thankfully I didn't boondoggle the rulings and I was correct on both of them, even if I have never seen the cloak card lol
