Well they don't likely have any in stock yet. The status change means that the ships have reached Roseville in MN.

So far I've pre-ordered wave 3 and epic ships from MM. Both cases they were at my house the same day they hit most stores. So if the ETA is the 26th, you can expect that MM will have them out to you about the same date.
