im not sure how to handle R2-D2 and CR90,because rules arent clear.

Is it

1. R2-D2 kicks in when all shields in all sections are down. (can I choose the section to reinforce the shields?)

2. R2-D2 kicks in if the shields in the section he is working are down.

3. R2-D2 kicks in if shields in any section are down.(can I choose the section to reinforce?)

R2-D2 (crew) triggers if the ship has no shields left.

So 1) is correct. And yes, you can choose which section gains the shield token.
