Not super crazy about the solar panels, but I'm sure I'll get used to it (especially when I throw a huge chunk of money at it).

But dude, they are GIANT INTERCEPTOR WINGS !!!

They are not wings! No ships in Star Wars use "wings" for maneuver or lift. They are collector panels, that work in concert with Sienar Systems ion engine design in order to provide reaction mass. In that capacity, a small(ish) capital ship like this one could very well use that same engine design in order to enhance its maneuverability, and these panels would be invaluable in saving space/tonnage that would otherwise be spent carrying fuel.

I think they were going for a Fury Class look from Old Republic with the hull mounted solar panels, I like it.

The Raider is a should be 3pt Epic vessel... basically an Imperial version of the CR-90, costing $89 to 99 retail, right?

What if, towers are 2 points for four towers in a box costing $60 ? Eight towers for 4 Epic points... I am reaching... just saying though.

One thing I am hoping for with EPIC play is that the 3 factions a have their own style of EPIC play.

Empire - big ships that can pound capital ships with large fighter screen

Rebels - Ragtag capital ships with some fighter escort

Scum - Fleets of freighters/improvised capital ships with generic fighter/freighter. More convoy than the other two.
