Did they actually say that the Imperial huge will be between 150-250m?
The Hound's Tooth will probably be a Large. Because they'll use the smaller Clone Wars size, since the Clone Wars is Canon.

Yeah man they actually SAID 250 meters is about tops... just last week on S&V Podcast.
That is why I have said all along that the 255 meter Vigil is the best choice.
I think you are right on the Hound too, we had it pegged as a Transport sized Huge, but it might be a Deci-sized Large ship now.
Ponder... ponder... pondering.
Crazy things you find on Google searches...
Still pondering...
That hwk is awfully big! Actually I wouldn't mind it that way to be honest.
I'd love a Nebulon B, but it's just too big...
As the owner of a Nebulon B that's in scale with the CR90, I can say with absolute authority that no, it's not too big. In fact, due to it's slim profile, it probably works on the table much better than some of the wedge-shaped ships would.
It IS probably at the top end of what's feasible, though...

Keep it up... and you'll have Oneway on your ass... again!

FFG made it at the upper limit of the small based ships like they did with TIE Bombers. It should be a little bigger, but it is not a Large ship like the Falcon. It does look good in that image however, I agree with you about that.

Um, I hate to break it to you but 255>250 - so if it's 250 tops, then the Vigil is out, and certainly not the 'best choice'.
So, give in to despair. Your best hope for this previous Vigil of yours in in Armada.
Search both your feelings and your math.
You KNOW it to be true.
255 vs 250 cap? Pfft, fudge factor acceptable
Lancer is 250m.
Just putting that out there...
Why whenever someone mentions Lancer, I think of Lock Stock and 2 Smoking Barrels?

I have a real feeling Fantasy Flight thought it was that big when they designed the unit. I think Lucas surprised them with the "actual" size after design, pre announcement. Something about the way the press release sounded a bit defensive struck me at the time.
Also: it was released with the B-Wing, Tie Bomber, and the Lambda. So had the Hwk been a Large ship, it would have made sense.

I concur. All the circumstantial evidence points to it having been designed as the rebel large support ship counterpart to the lambda.

And now I discover that I've somehow gained a like-rating higher than 1. Somehow I get the feeling that an imperial player shouldn't be winning the "hearts and minds" game
With regards to the 250m upper limit, this definitely gets me hopeful for the Vigil. I think a mere 5m over would be considered inconsequential at that scale, and it's probably the closest you can get to bringing the iconic look of the Star Destroyers into the game.
