So we love the new Large Ships for Wave Five, and we have seen what FFG has done for the Alliance Huge Ships. I am calling the Imperial response, for fun, and because I think this is going to happen.
We are likely going to get an Imperial Gozanti Cruiser for the GR-75 Transport equivalent.
And an Imperial Vigil Corvette for the Tantive IV equivalent.
These ships are doable in the same way that FFG did the Alliance Huge ships.
What do you all think?

The Empire definitely needs a V shaped vessel, and that fits the bill nicely.

I'll raise your guess by saying that the Gozanti will come with 2 Tie Fighter in the blueish grey from Empire Strike Back, like the bomber and Interceptor. It will be sold at the same price as the transport, since it is smaller but come with 2 ship.

Of the two proposed by the OP, I'd guess the second one because it looks more iconic. Of the ships not proposed by OP, I'd say Imperial Escort Carrier. It's also got that wedge shape that makes people think Star Destroyer, and its inclusion in the Rebel Strike game gave it some notoriety. It also had a crapton of guns, and as someone who enjoys the destruction of all rebel scum, I'd enjoy that immensely. (Also, we could get a Commander Sarkli card. Reduce enemy pilot skill by 2, anyone?)
I guess I'm more partial to the Lancer, because of its RPG background and clear purpose as an anti-starfighter platform.

There's already so many TIE pilots, I don't even know what pilots/abilities they could possibly add.
Bring 'em on boys. I have a brief history with the old video games, so your optional proposals may also be on the mark. I am going by hints and illusions I have seen on dozens of videos and my gut feelings based on the many forum postings I have read.
FFG has shown us that they do listen to what we talk about ...to some degree at least.
Tie Fighter is the fer-de-lance of the Empire and there is currently more Interceptor pilot than Tie Fighter. I'm sure they can come up wih something. Also, not every players is interested in Epic play so, by not making it a must buy, you keep those players happy.
I like the Vigil
I hope we do get a cool ship for the Imperial large.
I really don't know why anyone thinks that the Vigil is at all likely. It's a fan-made ship that happened to appear in the background of one picture in one book, and hasn't been used anywhere else. The fact that some random guy made a really nice model of it doesn't make it an important ship in the official universe.
I would be happy with a Storm Commando Escort Carrier as well.
Sure when I make huge ship threads, I pour in hours into researching vessels and finding high quality images, and maybe get 17 posts over a week. Apparently all I need is a flashy title, 2 pictures, and a few sentences to become a hit on the forums. What was I thinking!?!

The lancer would be nice, but it us way too big if I remember correctly. About twice the size of the CR-90...it would be unplayable because of it's size...

Those two OP ships are what I've been thinking for a while now as well.
