So someone over on Reddit requested that I make a final update to complete support for 1.0, which I have gone through and done today. Below is a new link that has added support for waves 12, 13, 14, Guns for Hire, and Saw's Renegades. Outside of any bug fixes, this should be the final release for 1.0 support.
