Top menu bar of the page, under More...> Customer Service > Damaged/Missing Components.

Fill out the form and submit.

You will likely have a replacement very shortly (depending on your location).

I am one of those people.

My TIE Bomber didn't come with any pegs at all in that little baggy. I filled out the form, and within 3 business days a tiny box came to my door. Inside were my pegs and a hand written note that said simply "Game on!" and signed by one of their customer relations people.

Yup same with m, a wing missing pegs and they sorted it out real quick to the uk :-)

I had exactly the same problem as you with exactly the same outcome that everyone else has said - FFG respond very quickly.

I'd like to think they sit in a vast Indiana Jones style warehouse filled with X Wing components and spend their lunch hours playing massive 1000 pt each 4vs. 4 games on a cordoned off 12'x12' corner...

I did hear that they play on there lunch breaks. In fact a saw a photo somewhere.
