No, it's definitely a Scyk. Look at the tail vanes in both the Galaxies render and the "Intim..." art; the Decimator doesn't have them.

Might not be a sign, but the fact they've mined SWG for the Decimator makes me very hopeful for the Hutt and Black Sun fighters.

I was just thing to myself I wonder what the odds of seeing a Dune lizard were. Between this and the Decimator. The odds went from snowballs to practically nil.
