Oh man. This is awesome. Called it forever ago. Glad to see this baby get some proper recognition.

I can't help but wonder what the back of the Decimator looks like. There were several engine options in SWG and most looked like crap and didn't quite fit the in game model that well. The best engines for it I thought was the ones that looked kind of like orange Lambda shuttle engines. Also noticed they didn't put the boosters at the rear sides of the cockpit/bridge, I wonder then if they went with the other booster option that was out on the rear of the wings, or just left them off completely.

I loved flying the Decimator in SWG, brings back some good memories. And best of all I will get to "fly" it again!

YAY! I finally don't have to read any more threads from woeful imperials! You have turrets and more crew now. Please go back to enjoying the game!

Actually, the problem with the Imperials was never that we didn't have turrets, but that turrets completely negate the main defense of TIE's (staying out of firing arcs). So technically, the main problems just got worse since there's now twice the amount of turrets on the field.

Once again without sarcasm: it does suck that there are 2 more large based HP piles that make maneuvering on one side of the table and one faction of the game is losing what used to be a core identity: major mobility advantage. I'd like to say mobility is just coming "easier" and cheaper but the most mobile ships to come out recently have all been upwards of 25pts. So they may be getting it "cheaper" but not cheap. It also feels cheap that the cheap thing the other side gets negates the heap thing the first side gets...that's a lot of chicks talking at once!

Nope that was still sarcastic. Lets try one last time:

I don't think we needed 2 more turret monsters but they look good, offer new turret strategies to the game, come with loads of new options, and, in the end, will just make me be a better pilot! Fun times are coming, so are LEAN times for my wallet.
