Wingers: Do you have a mascot when playing?

By Rhinoviru3, in X-Wing

What's up forum!

After a look at my FLGS, we've realised that we all have mascots that we keep with us when we play games of XWMG. Be them plushies, lego creations...the list goes on!

Do you have a mascot? If so, what is it? Share your pictures!

Mine started life as an R4-P19 Hasbro mini (£2 on eBay!), which I repainted in my Rebel Fleet colours:

EDIT: the picture didn't come out so great!

You and I are on the same page I think, but I am working on adding all of the important Heroes & Villains to my table display.

I am using R2 with my dice tray...and now there is also a cool Analyzer model coming to do the same thing with my Star Blazers games.

It is fun.

:)

I have a plushy gelatinous cube that I tend to have watch over my games.

Funnily enough I just bought a small isd 2 of Amazon not super detailed but for £10 it's not bad it's going to be the home of my tie squadrons haven't settled on a name yet.

Won't ever feature in the games of course but it'll look cool sitting off in the distance.

Awesome responses guys, good to know we aren't the only ones!

Loving your stuff Joe :)

Me flailing my arms over my head making Chewbacca noises, usually when I'm firing off lateral shots at enemies who can't shoot back.

I have the 1 1/2 inch bronze Hans Solo in Carbonite from the bespin mini player from the 80s. It is always in my game bow. I have considered making a mold and having them cast into Keychans or pendants, but I'm lazy.

It's a good idea, I'll try in my next game, use a mascot, greettings.

My 21 and 24 Number tokens typically. I feel odd not using them...

ok, you got me thinking on this one.

i have a butt load of star wars action fleet ships.

I am thinking on blood stripes for an interceptor and i have 2 of the baron fel miniatures from wizards of the coast.

going to have to build an alter like display with a place to set my dice for the baron to bless

I have thought about this a bit. I'm tempted to bring my Gen 1 "Dutch" Vander Lego Minifigure with me. I do use him somewhat frequently, and I've always loved his helmet design and fairly human reactions to being pursued by Darth Vader in the trench before his demise.

Otherwise, I feel my repainted ships tend to do that for me, since I'm really the only one in my group who does that. This is especially true for my Green Squad A-Wing and my Blue Squadron B-Wings. :3

Well here`s my mascot!
Rockford usually sits and watch when I play at home ^^

My R2-D2 keychain !! ;)

I currently have this Diablo figure next to my play-mat at home, but I don't bring it with me when I go out to play somewhere else.

If i'm flying empire I have lego tie pilots and lego royal guards. One time to mark my Dark Curse in a match I had one of the lego guys grab on to the ships peg. My opponent was fine with it.

I find this mildly riskay with Howlrunner. :P

What if it was Lego Leia?
