Maybe the Empire already has their own Avengers! Thye Imperial Avengers!

I hate all of you.
Has there been any news on the title of their first release, or an expected date?
Marvel won't announce the new Star Wars until Darkhorse's contract is actually expired. I think there are legal reasons for this but I could be wrong.
I want Jason Aaron and R. M. Guerra on a Boba Fett/outer rim book. This is what we should all want.
Well this means there may actually be a small chance of me reading any Marvel Comics at all again, but only a small chance.
Personally, I think Marvel has been pretty good since Marvel Now started. If you just hate them, I'd wait for the paperbacks. At least by that point you can look up reviews and avoid it if it sucks. It won't though.

This is D6 but it has information on all of the Marvel Star Wars characters.

I am likely to succumb to curiosity, but I intend to take this opportunity to outgrow comics altogether.

I don't buy them, but I'll sit and read them for free at the Barnes & Noble public library bookstore.
Why would you want to outgrow comics? For the most part they're all written for adults. Would you ever grow out of TV or movies?
Edited by glewis2317With movies and books so trapped in formal driven stories, comics are one creative medium that do see something different. I'm not talking about most of what the big 2 do but Sandman, Kingdom Come, Authority, Watchmen, Superman For All Seasons, Batman Long Halloween are even good examples of great adult level stories that have been in Marvel/DC comics. This said, most comics are also pretty bad, but when they are good they are pretty incredible.
A few years ago you had an entire company that was doing excellent comics (Crossgen) then they had some internal mismanagement and like everything they were purchased by Disney.
You could argue that over the past 2 decades Star Wars comics have been better than the movies/TV/books about the Star Wars universe.
Depends. I have not read any SW comics except the ones retelling the OT, but i read quite a lot of books up to NJO. And there were gems and buckets of **** in those. The comics cannot simply be gems or ok only.
