I just wanted to write this up as a thank you to FFG. A while back, I noticed many of my pegs were breaking. On a whim, I sent a request to FFG, and even though they say they don't replace parts that are damaged due to normal usage over time, they still sent me a bag of 8 replacements for no charge. Also included was a note from Britty(?) from customer service saying "Thanks for playing" and a very happy smily face at the top.
I'm very appreciative of this, and once again, FFGs customer service proves to be the best CS from any company I know of.

Here here, they solved my one issue awhile back too. But I'm a bit jealous because I didn't get a hand written note.
I'll second this. I'm up to 4 dials they've replaced now - 3 lost at a convention, and something went very wrong when I spray-coated my CR90 dial. All with no questions. Awesome customer support.
I do wish they'd get around to releasing a pack of replacement pegs though.

Really it's only the Large ship pegs that are just non-functional. After regular, normal use, they WILL crack. I've gotten a few replacement ones but I'm down again from giving some out to a friend.
I'd have to give them a B+. I had three dials come up missing, so I sent them an email asking to buy some replacements. They sent the replacement dials free of charge, no questions asked, but only included one plastic hub to assemble them. Luckily, I had a couple extra lying around (one from the X-Wing that came with the Transport, but since that was my fifth X-Wing, I rarely use it).
Similar experience. When I opened my Transport I did not have the pegs for the two dials. I got a package of four sent to me very shortly after at no cost to me.
Yesterday I found the original pegs behind the couch. Whoops.
But - I'm glad I'm giving my money to a company that provides great customer service as well as great games!!

I wouldn't expect to see this. The dial is actually the one game component that's hard to replicate well. I own 9 TIE Fighters. If it weren't for the dials, I could put three times that many in play, just using bases without models, and play the game just fine. Assuming you're willing to forego the models, dials are the limiting factor. That's one of the reasons I'm so impressed with FFG for replacing them.

They're definitely fragile. I forgot to specify in my request that I needed replacements for both small AND large ships, but a little super glue goes a long way

My HWK came similar. The back wing wasn't a problem, but the little pointy thing was a bit off. I just kinda bent it back to where it should be. I'm kinda surprised they'd fix such a small issue, but am very glad to see they do.
I bent it gently, to try to fix it, and it cracked. You can't see it in the pictures.
