Didn't come up with any amounts to put in the deck but these cards I just randomnly pulled out thinking that it could work to some sort of advantage to speed up the semi-mill strategy of Bishamon. But I would like some help on newer cards that could be useful for this or just some advice on building a deck of the theme, Mill/Defense, thank you.

Alrighty I played Promo Bish for a good four months or so and here's what I found:

You will never ever ever EVER used the enhance on him. It's just not worth it to commit the guy. Which would you prefer? Potentially milling a guy for 2-5 at once for an attack hitting/half blocked or milling him for a sure 5 playing 5 defensive cards? I did run one attack though. Flying Power Bomb, just for the action side. Go look at it ;o)

Next your foundations:

I splashed Evil into my deck because at the time earth had ZERO means of control. As such, I put in BRT, Chester's, Red Lotus, Revenant's Calling, and Oral Dead. You can get away with dual symboling because of cards such as Hulking Brute and Criminal Past (both have Earth as well so you can chain death with Oral Dead/Revenant's), Cutting Edge and Revenant's itself (both have Evil/Earth), and if needbe, Hulan's Shop (though ya really shouldn't need it). I also ran Dancing Battle Kabuki just for the extra draw ontop of Hulking Brute.

Battle Prowess and Speak the Truth are this deck's best friends. With the plethora of momentum decks running around, Speak the Truth could in theory net you 2-5 life for each one in play, and Battle Prowess is just Battle Prowess.

I never bothered with Holding Ground, just because you have Criminal Past/Battle Prowess to more or less keep you alive again Spikes and other various Multiples. People such as Hilde are meh, 32 life is beastly, and you can KFT/Rejection/Tag Along their monstrous attacks.

Onto actions I reiterate that Flying Power Bomb is the bees knees. It mills them one card for playing it, then one card for EVERY COMMITED FOUNDATION IN THEIR STAGING AREA! Ahem excuse me. Oh yeah it's got a high block on it too. Other actions are the staples Tag Along and Rejection, plus look at Yoga Adept to really mess with them. I'd throw KFT in the sideboard, since some of the top tier playable toons can't run Tag Along, which is the only real action you fear at the moment.

One of the great things about Bishamon is that you can get away with multiple sets of 2 checks. I think my deck ran at least 8 of them, maybe more. Anyways that's a nice start, try it out and I'm fairly certain you'll enjoy it. He can be a little slow in the beginning, but if he can get going, you'll be hard pressed to be beaten.

cool... thanks for all that help

yeah the main part is the R and then not caring about what the checks in the deck is because using the opponents deck for the checks. but I'll play around and find out what really works around to my playstyle or just what makes this works fast and so forth.
