action, I started staring at the controller and thinking bout
X wing ( as we usually do). So I got to thinking bout doin
A squad comprised of XYBA wings. Any suggestions or
thoughts on a snes themed squad?

Garvin, Dutch, Ibtisan. Arvil
All PS6, all with their own skill. Not without drawbacks (Dutch with no ion, Arvil) but fun to fly.
Or more securely, just the most solid ship from the squadrons.
Red, Gold (ICT), Dagger (AS), Green PTL with a few points left for further upgrades (More when Chardaan drops) or one named pilot (Dutch or Garvin best bets)
The list I've been running lately is made up of Garven, Wedge, Dutch with Ion Turrent and a prototype A Wing.
What's the best B Wing build can you get for 29 points, Or 31 when you can access Chardaan Refit? I don't play them so I'm not sure. Farlander looks awesome when he comes out and would slot in nicely. Ibitsam? with DTF? or a dagger with advanced sensors? or a blue with advanced sensors and an ion cannon...?

A B-Wing with HLC could make a good sniper in your team and add some firepower, especially if it's to replace Wedge.
I would do either a Dagger with Advanced Sensors and 2 points somewhere else in your squad, or a Dagger with FCS and Ion Cannon. The ion shot can set you up for a TL/Focused shot next turn due to the free TL from the shot and you knwoing roughly where the ship will be (or exactly where it'll be if it's stressed or rebel)

My store champ list and one of my GC lists is:
Dutch w/ ICT
Dagger w/ AdvS
Red
Green w/ PTL
I'm 14-3 with this list. Given there were several games against players that I could have taken gray w/ ICT x4 and still have a good chance of winning, so it may be more like 6-3 of real games.
This isn't the best list but its one I like.
Dagger + HLC
Dutch + ion
Rookie
Green + refit, outmaneuver
