No you may not. Only Footmen may be upgraded.

It's a hat trick of answers...no, you may not upgrade Knights. But really, aren't they already upgraded already...they're the best.

Isn't there a rule that saiz you can change a unit from knight to siege if mustering occurs? I'm pretty sure i read it somewhere... Might be totally wrong..

What the Rulebook says, Page 9:

Knight: Costs 2 points of mustering (or 1
point if upgraded from a Footman)

Siege Engine: Costs 2 points of mustering (or
1 point if upgraded from a Footman)

A Footman unit located in a mustering area (i.e., an area
containing a Castle or Stronghold) may be upgraded to (i.e., replaced
with) a Knight or Siege Engine unit for a cost of 1 mustering point.
