You need plastic superglue man. My brother snapped off all 3 gun barrels from my b wing and all 8 from the YT-1300, and i was able to find them and glue them back on. They don't even look bent or anything, its as good as new!

Just make sure not to lose the barrels before you glue them back on.

Superglue and a tweezers saved my B wing. Can't even see the break.

remove one of the three attack dice for the firespray - I don't think the three are justified any more

Glue it to pointing the left so you get an fireing arc for one attack dice to the left aswell!

As a long time player of 40k i cant think of a week where some model didn't get broken and need repair.

Heck i broke the wing of one of my tie advanced it took 2 seconds to fix and i cant even tell now which one it was.

I removed the guns off both of my Firesprays, drilled through the mounting hole and put them on an axle so they can pivot up and down. Makes storage a bit easier, too. Since you have one broken off, you're halfway there already!

I was thinking of doing that, for when I use the rear firing arc.. lol

I actually cut both of the weapons off and magnetized them so I could rotate/take them off for storage. Works pretty well.

It's very easy to glue them back on, I was actually not impressed at all with the Firespray's guns so I modified mine with plastic rod:
