Yes squints are fast but they are also more manoeuvrable than a normal TIE and has more green move options so the problem is not staying in formation due to speed constraints but rather the Ints outmanovering her when the dogfight begins.

If you want to run Howlrunner with Interceptors EU is usually enough, if you REALLY want to Boost + Barrel roll with Howlrunner with PTL then you can add a Saber with Wingman to clear the stress.
