Ion and advanced sensors

If you are ioned do you still "reveal a your dial"? My reason for asking is the use of advanced sensors. To use them you may perform an action before revealing your dial. If you have no dial to reveal are you still considered to have satisfied the requirements of AS?

Obviously you can still perform your action during the perform action step regardless.

This would also effect decloaking on the phantom as well.

Short answer is "No".

When you are Ioned, you do not reveal your maneuver dial, preventing the triggering for Advanced Sensors, Bomb Deployment, and Decloak.

The humble Ion Cannon and Turret may be looking at a resurgence with the advent of wave 4. Not just because of Phantoms, but also because of the much better synergies to cause "stress" and "ion" at the same time.
