On pg. 90 in Suns of fortune it says that the Drall average about one meter in height.

On pg 22 in Enter the Unknown it doesn't give a numeric height however, research says they average 1.2 meters (wookiepedia).

With the info here, why doesn't the Drall get the +1 setback for having a silhouette 0?

One of the (few) official answers that I have received was that Drall are intended to be Silhouette 1.

Also, I believe Drall should be Silhouette 0,makes sense.

Then it wouldn't be a Setback it would be an additional Difficulty for a silhouette 2 opponent to attack him if the Drall were silhouette zero, which it sounds like isn't what the devs intended anyway.
