I got my tantive and we are playing now. So when docked does it generate energy?

It says it activates as normal, but does not excecute a maneuver. So I think no, but trying to confirm.

From what I can figure out, you still set the dial, you still reveal the dial, you just don't execute the maneuver. So I would think it gets the energy from the maneuver.

So when docked, you would always choose 1 forward. There is no reason not too
