So,

my friend has been trying out flying ORS with APL and Saboteur x 2 with Wedge as his league list and I have to say, it is a lot of fun to play against.

So, my mind starts ticking over.

What would happen if you took

ORS + APL (29)

ORS + APL (29)

Chewbacca (42)

and flew the list aggressively?

That is three turrets, two real hardcore blockers, a ship that can't take crits and 33 HP's. APL shenanigans thrown in for fun, action denial up the wazzoo and lots of 3 dice shots for the ORS's at R1 which is where you will be a great deal.

This is not a stand off list, but a get in the opponents face and stay there, hold Chewie so he can pick his ground and his targets.

I might have to give this a try.

I'm hoping that s 2x(ORS + APL + Sabotuer), because putting 2 saboteurs on a single ORS does nothing more than a single would.

That being said, if you want Hardcore Blockers, you're missing 4 points from each ORS: Navigator + Intel Agent make it the best blocker in the game (thus BlockORS).

I was kinda expecting something else from this thread.

I foresee a problem against certain ships, ideally firesprays and TIE fighters. ORS have only two attack against the Firesprays two defense and the TIE's three, while the TIE matches ORS's firepower and the FS outguns it. I think you'd definitely have to use those two as blockers to keep them from getting shot
