In short, A-wings are getting way better AND cheaper. B-wings were already good and are getting at least one really powerful unique (Keyan Farlander). Also, if you look super close on the spread image, B-wings are getting a Title that bestows a crew slot, and there are unique Rebel-only crewmembers Kyle Katarn and Jan Ors. Enhanced Scopes adds a blocking option to ships with systems. And there's a Proton Rockets card. Not sure what it does.
