Anyone else have wonky turrets?
Corvette owner's: Anyone else's turret a little...off?
Mine look fine.
That turret can shoot at two targets simultaneously.
Yeah, one of mine looks like that.

That actually was my bottom turret; I moved it to the top for picture-taking purposes
My top turret is super crooked. It's like one of the side parts didn't lay flat when put together and is stuck on something.
I moved it to the bottom. I'm tempted to ask for a replacement but it's still very functional.

If you do, let me know how that goes. I don't really want to bug them about it, as it's suuuuch a small thing and I can hide it on the bottom where no one will know, plus I just got them to send me replacement pegs for some of my ships...

I wonder if they have any replacement turrets... I wouldn't want FFG to replace the whole ship over that, but if they had just a turret they could send, and mine was bent like that I'd consider it.
A technique I've used in the past is to take a hair dryer on a medium heat setting, heat the part, then gently bend it back to straight as it cools. I've also steamed plastic pieces before, but since this is already painted, any amount of heat you add could cause some paint problems.
Experiment at your own risk.
Just cut the guns off and glue them back at the correct angle. The part itself isn't damaged, it was just carelessly assembled. No need to ask FFG for a replacement when a minute or two of work will fix the problem.

If you remove both turrets and stare at them side by side it's not just the guns are unaligned. It's also the Tower that is leaning more towards one side. I just pretend my CR90 ran into some Imperial Entanglements...
