Has anyone tried a high-PS Phantom with Navigator? Echo seems like she's be extra nasty with one, as I'd allow her to fine-tune her final position.

PTL may also be interesting to try on one, as they'd basically become Turr. Shoot, cloak, and PTL off the free action to do a barrel roll or evade.
